Responsibilities

グローバルに事業を展開する上場企業において、国内外の機関投資家やアナリストとの対話を通じて企業価値向上に貢献いただくポジションです。財務・事業戦略への理解を深めながら、経営陣と連携して資本市場とのコミュニケーションを担い、企業の適正な評価獲得を支援します。業務内容：

• 国内外の機関投資家・アナリストとのIRミーティング対応およびエクイティストーリーの企画・発信
  • 経験に応じて、早期から投資家との対話におけるスピーカーとして対応
  • 入社後は主に財務領域を担当し、事業・経営戦略への理解を深めながら担当範囲を拡大
• 決算説明会資料、想定Q&A、統合報告書、IRウェブサイト等の各種IRコンテンツの企画・作成
• 投資家・アナリストとの対話から得られた市場評価やインサイトの分析、および経営陣・関連部門へのフィードバック
• 海外ロードショー（NDR）、国内外カンファレンス、各種IRイベントの企画・運営
• 投資家ターゲティングおよびIR活動高度化のための各種分析ツール活用
• 議決権行使担当者とのエンゲージメントを含むSR活動の推進
• 社内におけるIRリテラシー向上に向けた啓発・情報発信活動

Requirements

必須要件：

• 上場企業におけるIR業務経験、または財務・経理・FP&A・経営企画等における財務分析や経営数値管理の実務経験
  • 目安として社会人経験5～8年程度の場合はIR経験不問
• 財務諸表を理解し、投資家・アナリストに対して財務・会計・企業価値評価の観点から説明できる知識
• 経営戦略・事業戦略と財務数値を結び付け、論理的かつ説得力のあるストーリーとして発信できる能力
• 英語によるビジネスレベル以上の読み書き・会話
  • 中級（TOEIC 730点～）
