Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 社内広報施策の企画から実行までを主導し、組織の一体感醸成と社員エンゲージメント向上を推進

具体的な業務：

• 社内広報戦略に基づく年間計画の策定および実行
• 組織変革や重要施策に関する社内コミュニケーション施策の企画・推進
• グローバル発信メッセージや各種コンテンツのローカライズ
• 社内向けコンテンツおよびコミュニケーションチャネルの運営管理
• タウンホールや社員向けイベントの企画・運営
• 従業員サーベイや社内表彰制度に関する施策の推進
• 有事や危機発生時における社内コミュニケーション支援
• 社内チャネル利用状況や従業員フィードバックを活用した効果測定および改善

Requirements

必須要件：

• 社内／インターナル／チェンジ／コーポレートコミュニケーションのいずれかの実務経験（8年以上）
• グローバルまたはマトリクス組織の日本拠点での実務経験（グローバル戦略・メッセージのローカライズ経験）
• 経営層発信・組織変革に関するコミュニケーション、タウンホールミーティング等大規模施策の経験
• 語学力：日本語＝ネイティブレベル／英語＝ビジネスレベル（文書・会話）
