Responsibilities

• ビジネスモデル変革・事業ポートフォリオ戦略推進のための組織再編/M&Aサポート
• 租税コスト最適化施策の立案
• グローバル税務ガバナンス関連施策の企画・推進等

具体的には:

• ビジネスモデル変革・事業ポートフォリオ戦略推進のための組織再編案件等における、当社事業に最適な税務ストラクチャリングの立案・外部知見の精査/検証・実行支援（税務リスクの特定とビジネス遂行に資する解決策の提示等）
• 中期経営計画の財務目標達成を税務面から支える租税コスト最適化施策の立案・実行・管理
• グローバル税務方針の具現化に向けた税務ガバナンス体制の構築
• 国内外拠点の税務担当者との連携を通じた税務ガバナンス/税務リスクマネジメント強化　等

Requirements

• 税理士法人等又は事業会社における法人税務（組織再編税制、グループ通算制度等）に関する高度な実務経験　※税理士法人等or事業会社での税務経験5年以上
• 英語による実務遂行能力（海外アドバイザーや海外現地法人等と直接交渉・協議ができるレベル（目安：TOEIC（R）テスト800点以上相当）

歓迎条件:

• 公認会計士資格 又は 税理士資格
• 国際税務全般に関する知見・実務経験
