Company overview

We are a semiconductor subcontractor specializing in the "back-end process" of semiconductor manufacturing, which includes package assembly and final testing, as well as wafer testing. We adopt the approach of handling all processes after wafer manufacturing.

Our main business activities include wafer testing using state-of-the-art testers and probers, package assembly that supports a wide range of types from DIP to BGA, and final testing to examine the electrical characteristics of finished products. Additionally, we provide engineering support by evaluating the compatibility between our customers' chips and our packages, and proposing optimal conditions.

Responsibilities

財務部門の全体的な業務を担当頂いたのち、将来的には次なる財務・税務部のマネジメント層として活躍頂きます。
業務内容：

• 弊社の資金調達に向けた銀行との折衝や、資産、資金管理をメインミッションとなります。
• 銀行折衝(借入)及び借入手続き
• 買掛債務管理
• 出金伝票照査
• 固定資産管理
• 資金繰り：資金の出納管理
• 資金調達：直接金融、間接金融により資金を調達
• 財務戦略：事業計画に従い、何にどれだけ資金が必要かを設定
• 予算管理：分配したお金が適正に使われるよう管理

Requirements

必須要件：

• 財務もしくは経理の実務経験がある方 (概ね8年程度)

歓迎要件：

• 日商簿記2級以上
• TOIEC: 700点以上
• 英語スキル（英語でのメールのやり取りが発生します）
• PCスキル (MS Office中級レベル・・・特にExcelを多用します)
