Responsibilities

■業務ミッション：財務・経理本部のミッションは、当社が目指す企業体への財務・経理面でのサポート並びに企業価値最大化です。中でも近年では、戦略的パートナー企業への経理・税務面でのサポート、事業拡大における継続的なバランスシート・キャッシュフローマネジメントや投資案件の評価・推進サポートなど、事業成長における重要な役割を担っています。
■業務内容：・連結経理業務：

• 子会社・関連会社48社（2013年度よりIFRS任意適用）※会社ごとに担当がございます。国内外の子会社経理部門とコミュニケーションをとり、経理面での助言・支援を行いながら連結財務諸表を作成する。

・決算開示資料の作成業務：

• 月次、四半期決算を行い社内報告資料を作成する。
• 社内関連部門と連携し社外開示資料（決算短信、有価証券報告書等）を作成する。

・新規案件等に関する社内関連部門への会計、税務面からの助言、支援・会社法決算対応・J-SOX対応

Requirements

■必須要件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（メールが中心、電話対応は月0-2回程度）
• 以下いずれかのご経験・スキル

　-連結決算の実務経験　3年以上　-税理士（あるいは科目合格者）の方　-公認会計士(あるいは論文式試験合格者)の方
