Company overview

Our client is an automotive company specializing in the sales and after-sales services of luxury imported vehicles. Through its network of showrooms and service centers, the company delivers premium mobility experiences to its customers.

Responsibilities

• 販売や顧客に関するデータの分析・レポーティング
• メーカー本部とのマーケティング連携およびレポーティング
• CRMツールを活用した分析と運用
• 販売促進プランの計画・実施・効果測定
• イベントや顧客体験の企画・運営（外部イベント会社との連携）
• セールスやアフターサービスの現場との課題共有とアクションプランの提案　など

Requirements

必須条件：

• クルマ業界やマーケティングの経験
• Word・Excel・PowerPoint中級レベル
• 英語スキル（ビジネスレベル）※メーカー本部スタッフ（外国籍）と会話・メールでのやり取りが日常的にあります
• 自動車を問わず、ラグジュアリーブランドの知識・理解のある方

歓迎条件：

• CRM、MA、SFAツールの運用経験（Account Engagement（旧Pardot）等）
