Responsibilities

■業務内容：本ポジションでは、海外税務グループの一員として、BEPS Pillar2対応をはじめとした海外税務に関する幅広い業務（全体で大小合わせて20件ほどの案件）に従事いただきます。

• BEPS Pillar2（IIR、QDMTT、GIR）対応
• 海外子会社との税務情報収集・分析・プロジェクト推進
• CbCR、Public CbCR、J-CFC、外国税額控除対応
• 海外PE（恒久的施設）、源泉税、VAT/GST等の税務論点対応
• 海外税務調査・税務訴訟案件の支援
• 海外子会社および事業部門に対する税務アドバイス
• 税務ガバナンス・内部統制の整備

※ほか、一部の案件については、「国際税務リーダー/リーダー候補（税務戦略）」チームと共同でクロスボーダー取引・組織再編に関する税務検討や海外税務のコンプライアンス系にも携わっていただく予定です。

Requirements

■必須要件：日英2種の職務経歴書の提出を必須とし、下記を満たす方

• 国際税務の経験（他企業における国際税務業務経験やBig4等のアドバイザーでの経験）5年以上
• 英語/日本語での折衝経験（英語：目安としてTOEIC850点以上/日本語：母国語同等以上）
• 基本的な会計知識
• 税務/会計システムを活用した業務経験

■歓迎要件：

• 経理経験
• プロジェクトリーダー経験
• 税理士科目試験合格者、税理士資格、その他（日本以外のCPA等）の保有
