Responsibilities

■業務内容：

• 国際税務領域において、「国際税務リーダー/リーダー候補（Pillar2）」と連携し、グループの税務戦略立案、クロスボーダー買収・売却・組織再編関連の税務対応をご担当いただきます
• 日本語・英語双方を活用し上司の指示の元、複雑な国際税務論点の検討及び折衝の支援をいただきます。
• たとえば各種プロジェクトに係るPMOリーダー（あるいはメンバー）として、事業部門、コーポレート部門、海外グループ会社および外部アドバイザーとの調整およびプロジェクト推進を支援あるいは主導をお任せします
• 国内外のタックスプランニングにも関わっていただく予定です。

※プロジェクト数は大小含め、5~10件を予定しております。
■プロジェクト例：

• タックスプランニングに係る税務戦略プロジェクト
• クロスボーダー買収・売却・組織再編に係る税務検討

Requirements

■必須要件：日英2種の職務経歴書の提出を必須とし、下記を満たす方

• 国際税務の経験（他企業における国際税務関連部署での経験やBig4等のアドバイザーでの経験）通算3年以上
• 英語/日本語での折衝経験（英語：目安としてTOEIC850点以上/日本語：母国語同等以上）

■歓迎要件：

• 全社横断的なプロジェクトへの参画経験
• 海外赴任や海外勤務の経験
• 税理士資格や公認会計士（日本以外のCPA）の保有
