Responsibilities

グローバル工場FP＆A責任者として以下業務をお任せします。変動費、製造固定費は売上の半分以上を占める最大のコスト要素となっており、下記の観点で事業貢献を担っていただきます。

• 製造原価の可視化・分析による経営への提言
• 提言に基づくコスト改善プロジェクトのリード
• 各工場への戦略的財務分析指導、事業計画支援
• 各工場のガバナンス・内部統制
• 事業パートナーリング/投資評価

※部長直下の配属になるため組織上直属の部下はいませんが、関連部門で一緒に働くメンバ数名の業務マネジメントをしていただきます。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製造業におけるファイナンシャルコントローリング、FP&A、原価計算または製造財務領域で5年以上の実務経験
• 工場または製造領域における予算策定、見通し管理、差異分析、コスト管理、管理レポーティングの実務経験
• JDE、SAP、Oracle、Microsoft Dynamics等のERPおよびレポーティングシステムの使用経験
• チームリーダー以上のマネジメント経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
