Responsibilities

当部では、ADAS・HMI・IVIを中心とした車載ソフトウェア開発を担当しています。具体的には、ドライブレコーダー、周辺監視システム、運転支援システム、Android IVI、車載HMI、UI/UX、ナビゲーション、メーター、安心安全系機能など、クルマの安全性・利便性・車内体験を支える開発に携わっていただきます。ご経験や志向性に応じて、セーフティシステム、HMIプラットフォーム、IVIソフトウェアのいずれかの領域を担当いただく想定です。
業務内容：

• 車載ソフトウェアの要求分析・仕様検討
• 基本設計・詳細設計
• C／C++、Android等を用いたソフトウェア開発
• 既存機能の保守・改善
• 新規案件・既存案件における開発推進
• 顧客、OEM、関係部署との技術的な調整
• 経験に応じたプロジェクトリード、チームリード
• 将来的には、技術リーダーやプロジェクトリーダーとして、開発推進や組織基盤の強化にも関わっていただくことを期待しています。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
• ソフトウェア開発の実務経験
• C／C++、Java、いずれかの言語を用いた開発経験
• Linux、Android、組込み環境、Web／アプリケーション領域のいずれかでの開発経験

歓迎要件：

• 車載ソフトウェア開発経験
• ADAS、車載カメラ、センシング、周辺監視、運転支援システムに関する開発経験
• Android IVI、HMI、UI/UX、ナビゲーション、メーター、ミドルレイヤー開発経験
• 技術を深めながら、将来的にリーダーやPM／PLを目指したい方
• 既存案件だけでなく、今後の案件獲得や事業拡大にも関心を持てる方
• 顧客・OEM・関係部署と連携し、主体的に課題解決できる方
