Responsibilities

• 海外顧客からのサイバーセキュリティ（CS）要求をインプットとし、ISO/SAE21434（自動車サイバーセキュリティ規格）に基づき、車載製品の組込みソフトウェアの設計・検証を実施します。その中でまずは、海外顧客向けプロジェクトのセキュリティ機能開発の取りまとめ業務を担当いただきます。
• また、お客様ごとにサイバーセキュリティ要求は異なりますが、共通化可能な機能を「セキュリティ共通基盤」と位置づけ、その共通基盤ソフトの開発チームの取りまとめ業務も担当いただきます。

• 海外顧客向けセキュリティ機能開発チームの取りまとめ
• 海外顧客向けプロジェクトにおけるサイバーセキュリティ機能開発の推進
  • 顧客からのサイバーセキュリティ機能要求への対応
  • ソフトウェア設計チームや海外拠点と連携した開発推進
  • 関連部門との技術・プロジェクト調整（ハードウェア部門、システム部門、関連開発部門との連携）
  • 開発品質・納期・コスト目標達成に向けたマネジメント

●国内外におけるセキュリティ共通基盤開発チームの取りまとめ

• セキュリティ共通基盤開発全体の方針策定および進捗管理
• 関係部門との連携・調整、および開発リソースの最適化

●セキュリティ人材の育成・教育

• セキュリティ教育の方針策定、実装

Requirements

必須条件：自動車業界または車載ソフトウェア関連企業において以下全ての経験を有する方

• サイバーセキュリティに関する知識/経験
• 組込みソフトウェア開発のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 組込みソフトウェアの要件定義、要求分析、アーキテクチャ設計経験
• TOEIC(R)テスト600点相当の英語力(読み書き・メール利用に支障のないレベル、海外拠点とのやり取りは基本英語となります）
