Responsibilities

• 海外顧客からのサイバーセキュリティ（CS）要求をインプットし、ISO/SAE21434（自動車サイバーセキュリティ規格）に基づき、車載製品向け組込みソフトウェアの設計・検証を実施します。
• その中で、海外顧客向けプロジェクトにおけるセキュリティ機能開発の取りまとめ業務を担当します。また、顧客ごとに異なるサイバーセキュリティ要求に対応しながら、共通化可能な機能を「セキュリティ共通基盤」として整備し、その共通基盤ソフトのソフトウェアアーキテクチャ（プラットフォーム）開発チームのマネジメントを担当します。

【業務詳細】サイバーセキュリティ機能開発領域のプレイングマネージャとして、以下の開発推進およびチーム運営を担当。● セキュリティ機能の標準ソフトウェアプラットフォームのアーキテクチャ設計1）海外顧客向けプロジェクトにおけるサイバーセキュリティ機能開発のアーキテクチャ設計・量産対応

• 顧客からのサイバーセキュリティ機能要求への対応
• セキュリティ要件や開発プロセスに沿った設計成果物のレビューおよびフィードバック
• チーム全体の開発成果物に対する品質検証
• ソフトウェア設計チームや海外拠点と連携した開発推進

2）国内外におけるサイバーセキュリティ機能開発のアーキテクチャ共通化

• セキュリティ共通基盤開発方針に基づくアーキテクチャ共通化の推進
• 関連部門との技術・プロジェクト調整

● 技術戦略の立案および技術課題の解決推進

• 国内外顧客向けサイバーセキュリティ機能開発における技術課題の抽出
• 技術課題の解決に向けた方針策定および推進

●セキュリティ共通基盤ソフトのアーキテクチャ開発チームの組織マネジメント

Requirements

必須条件：業界問わず、以下すべての経験を有する方

• サイバーセキュリティに関する機能開発経験
• 組込みソフトウェアの要件定義、要求分析、アーキテクチャ設計経験
• TOEIC600(R)テスト点相当の英語力(読み書き・メール利用に支障のないレベル、海外拠点とのやり取りは基本英語となります）
