Responsibilities

• グローバル会議体の企画、運営
• 事業計画および業績管理に関する運営支援
• 経営判断や事業運営に活用する各種レポート、資料作成
• DXおよび業務改革施策の企画、推進
• ガバナンス関連業務の運営支援
• 各種管理業務の標準化、平準化、改善活動
• 海外拠点および関連部門との調整、コミュニケーション

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業管理、営業企画、経営企画、管理部門、プロジェクトマネジメントなどにおける実務経験
• 英語を用いた業務経験

歓迎条件：

• グローバル組織での業務経験
• 海外拠点との業務調整経験
• DX・業務改善・業務標準化の経験
• データ分析やレポーティング業務の経験
• 会議体運営やプロジェクト事務局経験
• 英語力：TOEIC(R)テスト800相当
