Responsibilities

高度な医療機器の安定稼働を支えるフィールドサービスエンジニア職です。機器の据付、保守、修理対応を通じて医療現場を支援するとともに、顧客との信頼関係を構築しながら、機器の安全性・品質向上に貢献いただきます。医療分野に限らず、機械・電子機器・IT・設備保守などの経験を活かして専門性を高められるポジションです。
業務内容：

• 医療機器の据付、定期点検、および修理（緊急対応・計画対応）を行う
• 顧客課題や障害内容を迅速かつ適切にエスカレーションする
• 顧客および社内関係者への報告・提案を行う
• サービスエンジニア業務に必要な技術力、対人スキル、および知識向上を推進する
• 担当機器に関する技術力向上に継続的に取り組む
• 品質方針に基づき、安全性に関する問題を報告する
• 保守契約や修理対応に関連する顧客提案および請求業務を行う

Requirements

必須要件：

• 技術を用いるカスタマーサポート、フィールドサービス、セールスエンジニア等の経験
• 転勤に対応可能な方
• 普通自動車運転免許
• チームワークを重視し、関連部門との連携ができる方
• 主体的に行動できる方
• 日本語：母国語レベル、または読み書きを含め極めて流暢なレベル
• 英語：読み書きレベル、または英語マニュアルやEラーニングの利用に抵抗がない方

• 理系バックグラウンド
• 電気、電子、機械、医療技術関連分野の専攻経験
• 航空機整備、自動車整備、複合機保守、エレベーター保守、IT業界等での経験
