Responsibilities

自社開発のURLフィルタリング製品・サービス（InterSafe シリーズ）の品質管理業務です。

• テスト計画の策定と実行
  • テスト要求分析、計画立案、工数見積もり、スケジュール、テスト設計
  • テストケースの作成とレビュー
• リーダー業務
  • プロジェクトにおけるQA業務リーダーとしての管理業務（スケジュール調整／進捗管理等）
  • 不具合（バグ）管理、および傾向分析、フィードバック
  • プロジェクト終了後の品質分析、報告書作成
• 協力会社との折衝 テストを協力会社に依頼するケースもあるため、関係会社とのパートナーシップ作りや業務依頼も担当していただきます。
• 担当製品以外の業務
  • 将来的には、品質管理課全体のメンバーリソース管理／調整や課題解決や教育方針策定にも携わっていただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• Webサービスの品質保証（QA）業務経験：5年以上
• プロジェクトにおけるQAリーダーとしての管理業務
• テスト計画の策定、テスト設計業務の経験
• Windows、Linuxサーバに関する基本的な知識

歓迎条件：

• 品質分析（定量／定性）経験
• インフラ／ネットワーク構築経験
• テスト自動化の計画、推進経験
• システム開発経験（Webシステム、PC系業務システム等）
• 開発者テスト（ユニットテスト）の実装経験
• スマートフォンOSに関する基本的な知識
