Responsibilities

現業を担当する各事業部門単独での完遂が難しいテーマ（選択と集中など）、カンパニーとして取り組むべき注力テーマ（M＆Aや他社協業など）の実行

カンパニーの経営戦略・事業戦略を踏まえたM&A戦略・アライアンス戦略の立案

外部コンサルタントや調査会社、金融機関等を活用し、M&Aや提携・協業の候補先を広くリストアップ

対象となる候補先へのアプローチ、交渉から案件化後のプロジェクトマネジメント

社内ステークホルダーとの調整

事業部門と密に連携を図り、経営層と合意形成をとる

Requirements

必須要件：

• ※下記いずれにも当てはまる方
• 経営戦略/事業戦略/M&Aアライアンス戦略を体系的に理解できる方
• B2Bの事業部門で、事業推進、事業改革をリーダーとして実行した経験をお持ちの方
• 全社的なプロジェクトをPMOの立場でマネージする経験をお持ちの方
