Positioned as a crucial hub for technological development and production within our group, over one-third of the new electronic devices developed by our group are created in Japan. Responsibilities

同社では、AI・クラウドの普及やハイパースケールデータセンター市場の拡大を背景に、高密度・高速光接続の需要が高まっており、MTフェルール関連製品の開発を強化しています。顧客からの引き合いが想定を上回り、既存体制では対応が難しいため、増員採用を行います。本領域の技術は、さまざまな他分野への応用が期待されています。本ポジションは、プロジェクトへの貢献にとどまらず、同社の技術基盤と将来の事業成長を支える、採用優先度の高いポジションです。

• 製品開発および製造プロセスに関するプロジェクト計画・スケジューリング
• 進捗のタイムリーなモニタリングおよび関係者へのフォローアップ（設備製造～サンプル納入・量産立ち上げまで）
• 人的・物的リソースや予算の管理・配分、長期的なツーリング戦略の策定
• 関係部門との連携による優先順位や役割の調整、タスク・成果物の明確化
• 課題・リスクの早期抽出およびエスカレーション、解決に向けたチーム主導の協議
• 製品管理・戦略・営業・生産拠点と連携した納期調整、試作・量産地の決定

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製造業におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験(複数案件の管理・課題解決経験)
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC700点以上）

■歓迎条件：

• QMS、EMS/OHSMS、ISMS等の管理システム理解
• 機械工学または工業工学のバックグラウンド
