業務内容：

• 製品開発および製造プロセスに関するプロジェクト計画・スケジューリング
• 進捗のタイムリーなモニタリングおよび関係者へのフォローアップ（設備製造からサンプル納入、量産立ち上げまで）
• 人的・物的リソースや予算の管理・配分、および長期的な生産設備戦略の策定
• 関係部門との連携による優先順位や役割の調整、タスクおよび成果物の明確化
• 課題・リスクの早期抽出およびエスカレーション、解決に向けたチーム主導の協議
• 製品管理、事業戦略、営業、生産拠点と連携した納期調整、試作・量産拠点の決定

Requirements

必須要件：

• 製造業におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験(複数案件の管理・課題解決経験)
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC700点以上）

歓迎要件：

• QMS、EMS/OHSMS、ISMS等の管理システム理解
• 機械工学または工業工学のバックグラウンド
