Responsibilities

Southeast Asia Headquartersのメンバーとして、拠点事業の持続的な成長と価値創造を実現するための事業開発・推進をサポート。

• 東南アジア現地法人年度予算・中期計画の策定及びその実現に向けて、推進・管理・支援を行う
• 翻訳出版事業を始め、MD、映画配給、イベント等に関わる、版権管理、商品開発、イベント企画、D2C施策などの実務に参画し、事業展開を加速させる
• 東南アジア現地法人の重要事業課題の把握と解決策を提案・実行
• 新規M&A案件の推進支援と買収後のPMI対応
• その他東南アジア圏HQに関わる業務（グローバルリスクマネジメント等）

※各現地法人の駐在員と現地スタッフと密な連携が必要

Requirements

■必須条件：

• グローバルビジネスに関連する実務経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語能力　TOEIC（R）テスト800点以上もしくは英検準一級以上

■歓迎条件：

• 事業を理解し説明できる財務会計知識
