Responsibilities

海外事業の成長を支える中核メンバーとして、事業計画の推進、事業課題の解決、新規投資案件の支援など幅広いテーマに携わるポジションです。事業運営と経営視点の双方を活かしながら、多様なステークホルダーと連携して海外事業の価値向上に貢献いただきます。
業務内容：

• 海外現地法人の年度予算および中期計画の策定・実現に向けた推進、管理、支援を行う
• 翻訳出版事業をはじめ、MD、映画配給、イベント等に関わるライセンス管理、商品開発、イベント企画、D2C施策などの実務に参画し、事業展開を加速させる
• 海外現地法人の重要な事業課題を把握し、解決策の提案・実行を行う
• 新規M&A案件の推進支援および買収後のPMI対応を行う
• 海外地域統括機能に関わる各種業務（グローバルリスクマネジメント等）を担当する
• 各海外拠点の駐在員および現地スタッフと密接に連携しながら業務を推進する

Requirements

必須要件：

• グローバルビジネスに関連する実務経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
• TOEIC 800点以上、または英検準一級以上

歓迎要件：

• 事業内容を理解し、説明できるレベルの財務会計知識
