We provide Earth observation and analysis services using satellite data. We develop and operate our own small satellites and use high-precision radar technology to observe various changes on the Earth. This enables us to provide data and analysis services in a wide variety of fields, including infrastructure management, disaster countermeasures, and urban planning. We handle everything from satellite data acquisition to analysis, helping our clients solve their problems by providing prompt and highly accurate information. We contribute to the realization of a sustainable society by making full use of advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

■概要：同社小型SAR衛星シリーズの多数生産基に向けて、チームPMはプロジェクトを推進する旗振り役として、関連部門（調達、設計、技術、製造、品質など）と連携し、様々な意味で全体を考慮して解決を考え、計画の達成に貢献します。

■詳細：研究開発中の新規次世代衛星および衛開発小型SAR衛星シリーズのコンステレーション構築に向け、生産計画策定、生産統制、部品入出庫、物流などの各種管理を担当します。

• 出荷計画・生産計画・調達計画の策定
• 生産進捗管理
• 生産日程の改善
• 部品入出庫管理
• 棚卸対応と改善
• 固定資産管理
• 物品在庫管理
• 外部生産協力会社管理（生産進捗、人員配置、契約管理）
• 生産過程における不具合の対応
• 社内の各専門チーム、外部生産協力会社、サプライヤーとの調整・交渉 など

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 開発要素の多い製品や受注製品などの生産管理実務経験
• 日常会話レベル以上の英語力
• 下記いずれかの経験
  • 宇宙・航空関連機器、精密機器、電子機器、工作機械、ロボット、車両などの機器の製造、組立、整備

■歓迎条件：

• 宇宙機、人工衛星の生産管理経験
• 生産システムの構築経験
• 生産マネジメントに関する知識
