Responsibilities

現在、水中音響センサ及びソーナー技術を用いた各種システム、海洋関連のセンシング製品などをベースとし、数理最適化やAIなどの先端技術を活用するシステム開発を進めています。具体的には、お客様が持つ様々な経験や情報、それに基づく意思決定プロセスを分析・モデル化し、数理最適化やAIなどの先端技術を活用することで、より多様な可能性の提示や迅速な意思決定の支援ができるシステムの実現を目指しています。本ポジションでは、システム開発における、顧客提案から開発・設計・製造まで一気通貫で関わっていただきます。

• お客様の関心事や将来事業に向けた技術開発
• お客様への技術調査内容の提案
• お客様への装備化システムや製品の提案
• 受注した技術調査、装備化システムや製品の開発、設計、製造
• 受注したプロジェクトの中間/最終報告対応
• 客先折衝や関係部署との調整、委託業務コントロール

Requirements

必須条件: ①②いずれかのスキルを有すること①数理最適化（組合せ最適化含む）、あるいはAI（機械学習や生成AI含む）の知識を有する方（数理最適化の例：製造業での生産順序最適化、運送業の配送経路最適化等）②社外プロジェクト案件のPM/PMOやPLの経験を有する方
