Company overview

We are a manufacturer specializing in the development and commercialization of materials based on urethane, rubber, plastics, and composite materials, providing products for everyday life from automobiles, motorcycles, information/IT equipment, and housing/construction related products. While most chemical manufacturers deal with one or two types of materials, we ensure the diversity and quality of our products by developing and manufacturing a wide range of materials. In particular, we have played a pioneering role in the development of new materials, successfully producing Asia's first urethane foam. We have also introduced a series of innovative products to the market, such as the world's thinnest foam sheet material and environmentally friendly foams that do not use chemical blowing agents. We will continue to focus on the development of new technologies and continue to surprise the world with our revolutionary new technologies.

Responsibilities

• 受発注業務全般（受注入力、出荷手配、納期管理）
• 顧客および営業担当者からの問い合わせ対応
• 製造・物流部門との納期調整、在庫管理

＜受発注業務プロセスの改善活動＞

• RPA、Power Automate、Excel VBA等を活用した業務自動化の推進
• 各種データ集計・分析および業務効率化施策の立案・実行

＜S/4 HANAへの移行プロジェクト＞

• 要件定義、海外との確認・調整、テスト、データ移行、本番稼働準備、本番移行

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 英語を用いた業務経験
• 業務改善活動の経験（RPA、Power Automate、VBA等を活用した業務自動化）
• ERPシステムの操作経験

■歓迎条件：

• 輸出入業務（貿易実務）の経験
• 受発注業務経験
• データ分析経験

■資格：

• 普通自動車免許：第一種
