業務内容：

• 経理・財務戦略の策定と実行（中期計画／資金計画／予算編成の統括／経営層へのレポーティング）
• 組織マネジメント（組織設計、人員計画・育成、ERP／業務プロセス改善の推進）
• 月次・年次決算の統括、監査対応
• キャッシュマネジメント、金融機関・投資家折衝のリード
• 内部統制・コンプライアンス体制の強化

Requirements

必須要件：

• 経理・財務領域での管理職経験
• 管理会計、決算業務、資金管理、内部統制等に関する高度な知識と実務経験
• 経営層との折衝力、組織マネジメント能力、業務改善推進力
