Company overview

The company is a space startup that develops and operates launch vehicles for small satellites and related satellite businesses. It aims to expand access to space by providing space transportation infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• 社内広報や従業員エンゲージメント施策
• 社内イベントの企画・運営
• 採用ブランディング
• 海外向けコミュニケーション施策の企画と実行
• 国内外、特に海外とのメディアリレーション形成
• ブランディング向上に資する活動
• オウンドメディア、特にSNSの運営
• 海外および国内展示会への出展対応

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 社内広報の実務経験
• バリュー浸透やカルチャー醸成に関わる業務経験
• 自ら企画し、チームまたはプロジェクトを主導した経験
• 日本語ならびに英語でのコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスレベル以上、fluentもしくはネイティブレベルが望ましい）※業務上、海外とのコミュニケーションが求められるため

• スタートアップ・急成長企業での業務経験
• 人事全般または採用広報経験
