Responsibilities

同社にて、製造現場とITをつなぎ、製造実行システム（MES：Manufacturing Execution System＝生産の実行・実績を管理する仕組み）を中心とした業務アプリケーションの導入・改善・保守を担っていただきます。基幹システム（ERP等）との連携や、海外拠点を含む国際プロジェクトへの参画を通じて、事業のデジタル化・業務変革を推進する役割です。

• 製造実行システム（MES）の導入・カスタマイズ・大規模改修・保守
• 基幹システム（ERP等）や周辺システムとの連携設計・実装
• 業務要件のヒアリング、要件定義、業務・システム設計
• 海外・国内拠点、関連部門を横断した調整・プロジェクト推進
• 外部ベンダーの管理・折衝
• 導入後のユーザーサポート、運用改善、トレーニング

※海外拠点とのやりとりにあたり英語を使用する機会がございます。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製造実行システムの導入・開発経験と、企業システムの開発経験が合算で3～5年程度（それ以上は尚可）（※両分野の経験を合算して評価します）
• ITシステムの導入経験
• プログラミング言語・データベースに関する一定の知識　※MESの大規模改修等に関与するため、実装レベルの理解を想定
• 英語力：海外メンバーとの単独での調整・交渉が可能なレベル　※現時点で水準に満たない場合でも、習得への強い意欲がある方は歓迎
