Responsibilities

製品開発におけるソフトウェア開発の効率化、標準化を推進し、開発効率と品質の向上に貢献します。 ソフトウェア開発環境の構築において、以下の業務を行います。

• ツール：企画、選定、導入、運用をユーザニーズと社会動向を鑑みて、同社の最適な環境を整備する
• 手法：ソフトウェアの開発プロセス、ツール・システムと併せたチーム開発手法の導入 いずれも新技術などに広く関心を持ち、次代の開発環境のあり方を描き、主導する役割を担うことを期待します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 大卒以上（専攻：不問) 
• ソフトウェア開発経験  チームでの開発経験や、チームリーダとして指導経験がある方
• クラウドコンピューティング、CI/CDと関連ツールなどの開発環境構築やノウハウ整備の経験
• 様々なバックグラウンドの人と会話できるコミュニケーション力
• プログラミング言語、スクリプト知識、ソフトウェアテスト経験、OSS利用、プロジェクトマネジメントの理解
• 英会話能力（日常英会話ができる、TOEIC(R)テスト600点程度）
