The company provides industrial heating and melting equipment for metal processing applications. It offers end-to-end solutions covering the design, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance of induction-based heating, melting, and welding systems. Leveraging strong engineering capabilities and comprehensive after-sales support, the company helps manufacturers improve productivity and quality while serving customers through a global business network.

Responsibilities

• 営業職をお任せします。また、お客様と同社海外のチームメンバーの橋渡しをするように通訳も行います。
• 営業スタイルは、新規顧客・既存顧客＝2:8ほど。※テレアポ・飛び込み営業は一切ございません。

《具体的な流れ》

• 同社の製品を既に購入いただいているお客様やネット・紹介にてお問い合わせ頂いたお客様に対して、設備の更新や機器の詳細を話し合いながら、海外のグループ会社から見積もりを取ります。
• 受注の後は、プロジェクトエンジニアに受注内容を説明し、機器のレイアウトや工事の手配などはプロジェクトエンジニアに引継ぎます。

英語を使う頻度:

• 基本的にはほぼ毎日、本社のエンジニアとの英語でのメールのやり取りが発生します。また、電話でも活発にやり取りしますので英語に触れる・話す機会は多くあります。それ以外にも日本顧客と本社エンジニアを交えた商談などでは通訳も担当します。

Requirements

～業界未経験・第二新卒歓迎～

• 営業経験を1年以上お持ちの方（業界不問）
• TOEICスコア700点相当の英語力
