Responsibilities

• UI/UX戦略立案、Webサイト改善プロジェクトの企画立案及び実行
• KPIに基づいたPDCAサイクルの継続的な実施と改善提案
• 社内ステークホルダー（事業部、デザイナー、エンジニア）との連携・調整
• プロジェクト進捗管理およびスケジュール管理
• データ分析に基づく証拠効果の検証とレポーティング

Requirements

必須条件：

• 社会人経験2年以上
• 高いコミュニケーション能力（社内外のステークホルダーとの緊密な連携ができる方）
• データ分析に基づく効果の検証とレポーティング
• 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint）

歓迎条件：

• Figma、Photoshop、Illustratorなどのツールの知識
• HTML、CSSの基礎知識
• DTP（印刷物制作）の知識
• 弊社のサービスに関する知識・経験
• Webディレクション経験
• UI/UX設計経験
