Responsibilities

  • 求人掲載、応募者対応、書類選考、面接日程調整、オファーレター作成など採用業務全般
  • 新入社員の入社手続きやアカウント発行、社内外からの各種問い合わせ対応
  • 人事制度や福利厚生、評価スケジュール管理、進捗フォロー
• 総務業務
  • グループ各社の代表メール一次対応および各部署への連携
  • 契約書や社内規程の管理・更新、バックオフィス業務全般の運営サポート
• 法務・コンプライアンス
  • 取引先や金融機関のKYC依頼書類準備・提出、各国ライセンス更新・規制対応
  • 法人情報や関連資料の管理、弁護士・会計士等の専門家との連携

Requirements

必須条件

• 人事・総務・法務などの実務経験（2年以上）
• Microsoft OfficeまたはGoogle Workspaceの実務経験
• 英語で面接対応ができること

歓迎条件

• 海外法人対応経験

5.5 - 7.5 million yen
