Responsibilities

経理部門の中核メンバーとして、決算業務を中心に経理・財務業務全般をご担当いただきます。入社後は既存メンバーと連携しながら業務理解を深めていただき、将来的には業務改善やチーム運営など、より幅広い役割を担っていただくことを期待しています。
業務内容：

• 月次・四半期・年次決算業務
• 事業計画策定および予実管理
• 財務・管理会計資料の作成
• 税務対応および外部専門家との連携
• 監査対応
• 国内外の関係会社との連携・コミュニケーション
• 業務改善および業務効率化の推進
• 会計プロセスの運用・改善
• メンバーへの業務支援および育成
• 経営判断に資する各種分析資料の作成

Requirements

必須条件：

• 経理実務経験１０年以上
• 日商簿記2級程度の知識

7.8 - 8.68 million yen
