Responsibilities

■ポジションについて
経理部門の中核メンバーとして、決算業務を中心に経理業務全般を担当するポジションです。
月次・四半期・年次決算や管理会計、監査対応などを担いながら、業務改善や組織運営にも関与いただきます。
将来的にはチーム運営やメンバー育成など、より幅広い役割を担うことが期待されています。

■主な業務内容

• 月次、四半期、年次決算業務
• 事業計画策定
• 財務会計および管理会計資料の作成
• 税務対応および税理士との連携
• 会計監査対応
• 海外親会社とのコミュニケーション
• 業務改善および効率化施策の推進
• 組織運営に関する提案
• メンバー支援および育成

Requirements

■必須

• 経理実務経験10年以上
• 日商簿記2級程度の知識
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • 目安：TOEIC 850点
