Responsibilities

■内容：【数値・計画の視点】戦略策定、KPI設定・進捗管理・実行計画の立案【顧客・外部の視点】ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを通じて円滑に業務を遂行【業務・内部の視点】部内の業務プロセス改善、内部統制の運用【ヒト・組織の視点】チーム強化・組織能力向上を推進
■詳細：【地域戦略】地域戦略のドラフト作成、海外販売会社と共に戦略策定と実行を推進【人材育成・管理】チーム内の情報共有【販社オペレーション支援】販社のオペレーション改善に対して課題と改善の道筋を指導【レポート】GBD本部長等へ現地状況のフィードバック【パートナー対応】日本HQ側の顧客・パートナー対応の企画・実行【ガバナンス】海外販社ガバナンスのモニタリングと改善

Requirements

■必須条件：

• マーケティングあるいは商品企画経験
• 英語力（ビジネスレベル）

■歓迎条件：

• 海外勤務経験
