Responsibilities

1. iOSコードベースのモダナイゼーション

• レガシーiOSアプリを、モダンSwift、テスト可能なアーキテクチャ、明確なモジュール境界、DIを活用した設計へ段階的に移行
• 大規模な一括リライトではなく、アプリをリリース可能な状態に保ちながら着実に改善

2. デバイス・アプリ連携の開発

• BLEペアリング、測定データ取得、同期フロー、デバイスSDK、ファームウェア差異への対応
• 機器で測定した値が、正しく、確実に、信頼できる記録としてアプリに届く状態を実現

3. 品質と安全なリリースの仕組みづくり

• 自動テスト、CI/CD、クラッシュレポート、パフォーマンス監視、Feature Flag、TestFlight等を活用した段階的リリースを推進
• チームは品質を自ら所有し、テストコードの作成と不具合の修正を自ら実施します。

4. チームの技術力向上

• コードレビュー、ペアリング、再利用可能なコンポーネントやドキュメント作成を通じ、ナレッジの属人化を低減

Requirements

必須条件：

• SwiftによるネイティブiOSアプリの設計、実装、テスト、デバッグ、リリース経験
• SwiftUI/UIKit、XCTestを用いた開発経験
• アーキテクチャ設計から本番運用まで、シニアレベルで関与した経験
• 日本語ネイティブレベル／英語ビジネスレベル以上（読み・書き・会話）※日常的に海外のソフトウェア組織と英語で業務を行います

歓迎条件：

• コンシューマー向けプロダクト、または一定規模のユーザーを持つプロダクトでの開発経験
