Responsibilities

デジタルツールや生成AIを活用した業務効率化・業務改革の推進に向けて、全社的な活用基盤の整備・運用を担当いただきます。

• 業務アプリケーションおよびデータ活用基盤の管理・運用
• 生成AIや業務自動化ツールの活用環境整備
• AI・デジタルツールの運用管理
• ライセンスおよび利用状況の管理
• 社内における活用促進施策の企画・推進
• ユーザーサポートおよび問い合わせ対応
• 関係部門との連携・調整
• ガバナンスおよび運用ルールの整備
• 全社的なDX推進プロジェクトへの参画

Requirements

必須条件：

• Microsoft 365の運用管理経験（3年以上）
• 関係者（業務部門・他開発者・ベンダー等）と調整しながら業務を進めた経験

歓迎条件：

• Power Platform管理・運用経験
• セキュリティ・権限管理に関する知識
• Copilot Studio構築・運用経験
