Responsibilities

• 国際通信の約99％を担う社会インフラである海底ケーブル建設におけるプロジェクト開始～海底ケーブルシステム完成までの一連のプロジェクトマネジメントをお任せします。
• 各国の主要通信事業者や大手IT企業をアカウント単位で担当いただき、3-4年かけて海底ケーブルを建設するプロジェクトを主導いただきます。
• プロジェクトの規模感は、700億円規模となり、10～20人で構成させるプロジェクトチームおよび社内外関係部門と連携して、海底ケーブルシステム建設を納期通りの建設および利益最大化に向け業務を行っていきます。
• プロジェクト期間中は定期的に各国に出張し、顧客とプロジェクト進捗会議や交渉なども行っていただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 以下いずれかの条件を満たすこと

通信業界或いはゼネコン・プラントエンジニアリング等でのプロジェクト管理経験

ゼネコン、オイル/ガスパイプライン、海洋工事の経験およびリスク管理経験 (3年以上)

歓迎条件：

• 海洋事業におけるプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
