Responsibilities

生産・オペレーション戦略領域において、事業戦略と現場運営をつなぐ中核メンバーとしてご活躍いただきます。市場環境や事業計画を踏まえながら、中長期的な成長に向けた生産戦略および投資戦略の立案・推進を担当いただきます。
業務詳細：

• 市場動向や事業環境の変化を踏まえた生産体制・供給ネットワークの企画立案
• 事業戦略や技術計画と連動した設備投資・能力増強計画の策定
• 投資効果やリスクの分析に基づく投資戦略の立案・実行
• 生産・供給体制の最適化に向けた企画推進
• 経営層および関連部門との連携による意思決定支援
• 戦略立案から実行、効果検証までのプロジェクト推進
• 中長期視点での事業基盤強化および成長施策の検討

Requirements

必須条件：

• 半導体業界でのエンジニア経験
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC700）
