Responsibilities

同社にて、海務監督をお任せします。乗船経験や英語力を活かし、船舶の安全運航を陸上から管理していただきます。航海計画確認や技術指導等を担い、世界の海上輸送を支えます。

• 担当船舶の運航管理・運航支援、船舶の安全運航の確保（事故防止）
• 船長・乗組員への運航に関する技術指導・アドバイス
• 航海計画や運航状況のチェック・改善提案
• 船舶の法令・国際規則（ISMなど）遵守の管理
• 社内関係部署との調整・報告業務、航海に関する事故トラブルへの対応
• 気象情報の収集と分析、事故原因の調査 など

Requirements

■必須条件：以下いずれも必須

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 船長経験またはばら積み船で一等航海士のご経験をお持ちの方
• 海技免状（航海士）の資格を保有されている方
