Responsibilities

■ポジションについて
OAマネージャーとして、生産性およびオペレーションパフォーマンスの向上をお任せします。
現場に根差した業務改善活動を軸に、安全・品質・納期・コスト・生産性の観点から工場全体を俯瞰し、改善テーマの設定から実行、定着までをリードするポジションです。
改善の優先順位付けを支援し、リーダーと密接に連携しながら、現場主導の継続的改善を推進します。
また、海外マネジメントとも連携し、高い期待値の中でプロフェッショナルとして成果を出す役割を担います。

■Responsibilities

• Drive productivity, efficiency, and operational performance improvements at the plant.
• Identify performance gaps through data analysis and on-site observation, and lead structured problem-solving activities.
• Partner closely with the Plant Manager to support factory priorities and improvement direction.
• Work with Value Stream Managers (VSM Leaders) to identify improvement opportunities and execute action plans.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement methods in a practical, shop-floor-oriented manner.
• Support KPI definition, tracking, and regular performance review routines.
• Coach managers and teams to build sustainable improvement capability.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and respond effectively to high expectations from global management.

Requirements

■必須

• 工学、オペレーション等の学士号
• 製造業における業務改善・オペレーショナルエクセレンス領域での8年以上の経験
• 工場現場での改善推進および現場リーダーとの協業経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語スキル
• 海外の上司・関係者との日常的な業務コミュニケーションが可能なレベル
