Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 医療機器の現地での出張修理及び社内修理
• 定期的な保守点検の管理と実施
• 顧客のニーズに合ったサービスプログラムの提案
• 修理部品の在庫管理と使用分析、在庫予測の立案
• プロセス改善のために故障原因を追究し、効率かつ効果的な修理対応を行う

 

Requirements

必須要件：

• ビジネスレベルの日本語/英語（推奨）
• コミニュケーション能力
• サービスビジネスにおけるプロセス改善スキル及びマネジメント能力
• Excel、Word、PowerPoint等のPCスキル
• 現場目線で課題抽出を行い、解決する能力

歓迎要件：

• 医療機器業界でのメンテナンス業務経験者（あれば尚可）
• Network等の知識（あれば尚可）
• ビジネス英会話（あれば尚可）
