Responsibilities

日本市場における安定供給の実現に向け、サプライプランニング業務全体をリードするポジションです。
営業、物流、ファイナンス、製造拠点、海外チームなど多様なステークホルダーと連携しながら、供給計画の最適化、在庫管理、供給リスク対応、S&OPプロセスの推進を担っていただきます。

■主な業務内容

• 日本市場向けのサプライプランニング業務全体の推進
• 供給計画・調達計画・生産計画・在庫計画の管理
• 中長期サプライ戦略の立案および実行
• 営業、物流、製造、ファイナンス部門との連携
• 在庫最適化およびサービスレベル向上施策の推進
• サプライチェーンリスク管理およびコンティンジェンシープラン策定
• SCMRを含むS&OPプロセスの推進
• サプライチェーン関連KPIの設定・管理
• 新製品導入や供給移管プロジェクトの推進
• ERPや計画システムを活用した業務改善およびプロセス最適化

Requirements

■必須

• サプライチェーン領域での実務経験5年以上
• Supply Planning、需給計画、在庫管理の経験
• ERPシステムの利用経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

■歓迎

• FMCG業界での経験
• S&OP（Sales & Operations Planning）の経験
• IBP（Integrated Business Planning）の経験
• 生産計画の経験
• APACまたはグローバルチームとの協業経験
• SAP、FuturMaster等のPlanning Tool利用経験
