Responsibilities

• シリコーン材料の調達～工場生産管理までを幅広くお任せします。
• プレイングマネージャーのような立場でメンバー管理もしつつ、需給予測やそれを踏まえた生産量決定などの実務にも主体的に携われるのが特徴です。

業務詳細：

• 需要予測に基づくシリコーン原材料の発注（海外とのやり取り）
• 製品在庫管理、工場への生産量決定に関する監視管理、および営業側の需要管理
• SCP会議の主催（需要に応じた原材料、最終製品、関連資材の生産在庫管理、物流購買との連携）
• ヨーロッパの親会社側のSCP部門との連携（英語を用いたメールやり取り、月例会議への出席がございます）
• 管掌チームのマネジメントおよび長期戦略立案

※数量管理等にはERPシステム（SAP）を使用します。

Requirements

応募要件：

• 生産管理のご経験（需要予測や生産量決定・管理など）
• 5名以上のチームマネジメントのご経験

歓迎要件：

• 製造業におけるERPシステムによる受発注・在庫管理業務経験
• 国際貿易、通関手続き、在庫管理に関する包括的な知識をお持ちの方
