Responsibilities

• 需要予測に基づくシリコーン原材料の発注（ヨーロッパとのやり取り）
• 製品在庫管理、工場への生産量決定に関する監視管理、および営業側の需要管理
• SCP会議の主催（需要に応じた原材料、最終製品、関連資材の生産在庫管理、物流購買との連携）
• ヨーロッパ親会社側のSCP部門との連携 (英語を用いたメールやり取り、月例会議への出席がございます)
• 管掌チームのマネジメントおよび長期戦略立案

※数量管理等にはERPシステム（SAP）を使用します。

Requirements

応募要件：

• 生産管理のご経験
• 5名以上のチームマネジメントのご経験

歓迎要件：

• 製造業におけるERPシステムによる受発注・在庫管理業務経験
• 国際貿易、通関手続き、在庫管理に関する包括的な知識をお持ちの方

語学：

• 英語：中級
• TOEIC：800
