Responsibilities

• 事業戦略の実現に向け、多岐にわたる業務を通じて事業成長を推進していただきます。

具体的な業務内容：

• 予算策定のリード
• 事業のパフォーマンス管理（=P／L管理）
• 経営分析と提言
• 戦略推進のサポート
• AIを活用した業務効率化

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社での経営企画・FP&A・管理会計の実務経験、またはコンサルティングファームでの財務・戦略プロフェッショナルとしての実務経験（3年以上相当）
• P／Lを構造的に理解していること
• PowerPointを業務で活用し報告等を行った資料作成経験
• 中級Excelスキル（中級レベルの関数を使用し妥当な精度でアウトプットができるレベル）
• 戦略や事業計画に基づいた数値管理に強い興味があること
• 英語・日本語スキル
