Responsibilities

■ポジション概要【リーダー/担当者】車載向け映像伝送LSI (SerDes) の開発を行っています。仕様策定から設計、検証、評価、量産化、顧客サポートまで幅広く行っているチームです。顧客への技術サポートを行うエンジニアを募集しています。
■業務内容

• 車載用映像伝送LSI開発のFAEとして顧客要求のフィードバック、アフターフォローを通して顧客の価値向上に努めていただきます。
• 国内・海外問わず技術問い合わせに対応、製品アピールやプロモーションを等幅広く業務いただきます。当社では自主開発LSIを扱っており、顧客だけでなく開発にも積極的に携わることができます。

■想定ポジション

• 全体で約50名程度の組織にて、車載SerDesの顧客技術サポートを中心に担当いただきます。

■職場雰囲気

• 20代の若手から50代のベテラン両方が在籍し、且つ、中途採用メンバーや他部署からの異動メンバーも多数在籍している職場です。ビジネス成長のために年齢にとらわれず様々な意見交換が盛んに行われています。幅広い分野の知識を身につけることができます。　

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 顧客サポート/FAE経験、海外顧客のサポート経験
• TOEIC(R)650点程度以上
• メールや会議で技術的なコミュニケーションができる

■歓迎条件：

• 車載用ICの開発経験、機能安全開発経験
• MIPI D-PHY/C-PHY, DSI/CSI-2, eDP/DPなどIF規格に精通していること
• EMCのトラブルシューティング経験があること
