Responsibilities

■業務詳細：海外EPCプロジェクトの建設現場において、現地工事のマネジメント（現場管理・監督業務または現地アドミ業務）を担当していただきます。ホームオフィスでは、現地工事計画、事務所・キャンプ運営計画、各種図書作成、見積作成、現地支援業務を担当していただきます。入社後はベテラン社員とともに業務を担当いただき、中長期的には適性を見ながら現地工事責任者などのポジションもお任せする予定です。
【具体的な業務内容】

• 工事計画（オフィス）：工事仕様書作成、工事見積、施工要領の検討、IT化推進
• 施工管理（建設現地）および現地運営：仮設工事・現地工事の技術指導、安全・工程・進捗・品質・コスト管理、現地事務所運営・統括、試運転、顧客折衝などのプロジェクトマネジメント

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 海外プロジェクトの工事現場赴任を志望の方。
• PCの基本的なスキルをお持ちの方。
• 日常英会話可能、および英語読み書きが可能な方。

■歓迎条件：

• 海外勤務・海外生活の経験がある方。
• 現地工事監督経験がある方。
• ビジネス英語が可能な方。
• その他外国語（言語による）が会話できる方。
