We are a mobile payment service provider. We provide a system that allows consumers to easily make electronic payments and transfers through smartphone applications. In particular, we promote the use of QR code payments and digital wallets, which are widely used in stores and online. With an emphasis on safety and convenience, we have created an environment in which users can use our services with peace of mind. In addition, we are working to enhance user convenience through various campaigns and special offers. Responsibilities

• さまざまなグループ企業とのシナジーを通じて、同グループでしか実現できない且つユーザーにとって付加価値の高いサービスを開発およびグロースをリードしていただきます。
• 銀行内においては、各事業本部長級と直接コミュニケーションを行っていただき通じて迅速な意思決定などプロジェクトマネジメントに関与いただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• グループ経済圏ビジネスへの知見、同ビジネスで事業／サービス開発をした経験
• リテール金融領域における新サービス開発、戦略立案、マーケティングをリードした経験
• 銀行業のみならず、リテール領域におけるクレジットカード／ローン／証券／保険に関する知見と経験

• 新興技術・テクノロジーへの強い興味関心
• 新規事業を立ち上げた経験
• 事業の変革やリストラクチャリングを実施した経験
• ビジネス英語力（TOEIC（R）800点以上）
