Responsibilities

■ポジションについて
経理部門の中核メンバーとして、単体決算業務を中心に、税務、連結決算対応、予算編成・業績管理など幅広い経理業務を担当いただきます。
将来的には経理部門を牽引するマネジャー・部長候補として、経理体制の強化や業務改善にも携わっていただくことを期待しています。

• 月次・四半期・年次決算業務
• 監査対応
• 税務業務および税務調査対応
• 親会社の連結決算対応
• 予算編成・業績管理
• 経理業務の標準化・改善
• 経理チームのマネジメント・リード

Requirements

■必須

• 事業会社における単体決算の主担当経験
• 監査対応の経験
• 税務調査対応の経験
• 税務実務の経験
• 経理業務の標準化・改善の経験
• 少人数のマネジメント／リード経験

 ■歓迎

• SIer/ITなどプロジェクト型ビジネスにおける経理経験
• 管理会計の経験
• 連結決算の経験
• 内部統制（J-SOX）／規程整備・運用の経験
• 会計システム/ERPの導入・リプレイス・運用改善経験
