Responsibilities

顧客への同社製品及び開発提案によるセールス活動、及びそのセールス活動のマネジメントをご担当いただきます。
業務詳細：

• 顧客ニーズを把握し、社内開発部門と連携した新規開発提案の実施
• 営業活動を通じた新規ビジネスの獲得および継続的な売上、利益の拡大
• 競合製品のベンチマーク、顧客情報の収集、展示会などを通じた新技術や新製品提案の企画
• 製品開発において社内コアチームへの情報共有を行い、開発から量産納入までのトータルマネジメントをリード
• 顧客に寄り添った対応、展示会や工場見学の企画による顧客満足度向上およびビジネスシェア拡大
• 海外拠点と連携したグローバルでのサービス提供
• 営業戦略の立案

Requirements

必須条件：

• 自動車業界で8年以上の経験を有する方
• 愛知OEMに対する営業経験及び人脈をお持ちの方

歓迎条件：

• コネクタなど電装部品の営業経験がある方
