Responsibilities

同社グループの大規模な金融ビジネスを支えるDXを、ServiceNowを軸に推進するポジションです。ServiceNowソリューションを活用し、企画から設計・開発・テスト・保守まで一気通貫で携わり、ビジネス変革をリードいただきます。高い品質・セキュリティ要件とスピード・アジリティの両立が求められる環境で、SaaSを最大限活用しながら価値創出のリードタイム短縮に挑戦できます。

• グループのデジタルシフト・業務改革に関するServiceNow開発を担っていただきます。
• 企画・要件定義・ソリューションデザインといった上流工程から、設計・開発・テスト・保守まで、一連のプロセスに関与いただきます。
• 具体的な業務例：
  • ServiceNowを活用した業務アプリケーションの企画・設計・開発・テスト・保守
  • 業務部門との要件整理・BPR（業務改革）の推進
  • ServiceNowの新ソリューションの導入・活用検討と提案（AI機能等）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• ServiceNowの開発経験
• 英会話力を生かしていきたい方（TOEIC 700）
