Responsibilities

• グループ全体のエンジニア採用を担当いただきます。

主な業務内容：

• 部門責任者、HRBP、採用マネージャーと協力し、現在および将来の採用ニーズを理解し、優秀な人材を惹きつけるための効果的な採用戦略の策定
• ダイレクトリクルーティングの推進（候補者ソーシング、スカウト活動）
• リファラル採用の推進
• エージェント／ベンダーマネジメント
• 採用イベントの企画、実行（国内外）
• 採用広報媒体の企画、掲載（国内外）
• 採用ブランディングの企画、実行（採用ウェブサイト、SNS、ノベルティなど）

Requirements

必須要件：

• 社会人経験5年以上、うちエンジニア採用またはIT関連業務経験3年以上
• 日本語、英語でのバイリンガルレベル、または英語での業務経験5年以上（TOEIC 800点以上目安）

歓迎要件：

• 人材紹介会社でのRA/CA経験者（エンジニア担当者）
• 日本のテック業界での社内リクルーター経験
