本ポジションでは、法令対応を含む制度・規程の企画・運用・改善を通じて、働きやすく持続的な組織づくりを推進します。体制強化のための募集です。

■具体的な業務内容

• ビジネス推進等に合わせて実態に即した制度設計・規程の改訂
• 労働関連法規の改正に併せた社内規程改訂
• 36協定と安全衛生を遵守するための労働時間管理
• 労働局、労基署の臨検対応
• 人事部門所管規程のバージョン管理と規程に関する問合せ対応
• 労働者代表の選出と各種労使協定書の締結
• 基幹統計・一般統計の対応
• 上記運用と情報の適切な管理とプロセス改善

Requirements

■必須

• 労務関連業務経験5年
• PMとしてのプロジェクトの推進経験
• MS Officeの基本スキル（Word/Excel/PowerPoint）

■歓迎

• 労働法や派遣法に関する専門知識（弁護士資格やコンプライアンス法務経験）
• 社労士としての知識・経験
• 生成AI等を用いたHRDXの導入経験
