Responsibilities

• 社内業務システムの開発/展開に関する、要件検討・仕様書作成・開発パートナ管理、およびプロジェクト管理
• 当社グループ内の各事業部/各G会社に対し、最新IT技術の動向を踏まえ、IT戦略策定・ITアーキテクチャ検討・システム開発・データ利活用などの企画/提案
• デジタル技術を活用し、製品の高度化による競争力強化、業務プロセス改革による生産性向上の推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• ITに関する知識を有し、IT計画やDX化への企画・立案、システムの開発(要件定義、システム仕様書作成、品質管理)の実務経験
• プロジェクト管理の実務経験や、システム開発ベンダ等の管理・コントロールの経験
• プログラミングなど自身での開発経験・知識があること(Java、.NETなど)
• 英語力（TOEIC600点以上）

• 機器設計、製造・品質保証、アフターサービスなど製造業のバリューチェーンや生産・在庫・販売管理プロセスの業務知識
